Join us in this Kick seminar to improve your kicking in your system or, if you have no experience, to start with the basics of the kicks, we will adapt the seminar to your necessities to assure that you have a GREAT EXPERIENCE.
Guro David Muñoz González will lead the seminar by going through basic warm-up and stretching to move forwards toward topics like targets in kicking, different types of kicks, and exploring our powerful kicks and kicks applications in combat.
