Welcome to our NEW Saturdays Wrestling mornings group where we will combine flavors of KALI MAJAPAHIT DUMOG (Filipino Wrestling) and SHUAI JIAO (Chinese wrestling).
We will get tons of fun exploring the two different Martial Arts from with the same roots like it is the floor work, the controls, the locks, the take downs and throws which will provide to all of us a better understanding of our balance, strength, coordination and body mechanics in general.
David Muñoz González is the main Guro leading the KM Dumog training and Leo Krasikovs the main Coach leading the Shuai Jiao. Every body, no matter the level or background, is very welcomed from 14 years old.
