Parkour is a discipline of running, jumping, climbing, swinging and vaulting in a complex environment. The aim of parkour is to get from on point to another as quick as possible. The discipline was developed from military training and it has some aspects of martial arts. Parkour can be practiced alone or in small groups. It develops coordination, balance, strength, motor skills, focus and patience.
For us safety is the most important thing, and we take it slowly and carefully enough to avoid any injuries. So please don’t take any idea that we will start jumping round on skyscrapers or something like that. 🙂
