Welcome every Saturday to the MMA-Mixed Martial Arts mornings group where we will combine flavors of different Martial Arts with the Chinese approach of Coach Leonids Krasikovs and Guro David Muñoz and his Japanese and Filipino Martial Arts background.

We will get tons of fun exploring the Martial Arts from with the same roots like different angles and different origins finding the similar roots, ideas and principles of movement and body mechanics in all of them with floor work, controls, locks, blocks, hits, the take downs,throws, light sparring applications and much more fun action which will provide to all of us a better understanding of our balance, strength, coordination and body mechanics in general.

Every body, no matter the level or background, is very welcomed from 14 years old.
