Congratulations to Sami Pekkola and Solina Riekkola and thanks for successfully organizing a martial art weekend at Hämeenlinna (Finland) the last 9th and 10th August 2025.
The founder of the Bruneian Martial Art – Silat Suffian Bela Diri, Maul Mornie was sharing great movements, tips and explanations about his way of understanding the Martial Arts from the SSBD perspective with high emphasis in keeping the right distance with your opponent, especially if he/she is armed with a knife. Another important and basic thing was to work with more focus and awareness on the footwork, “if you change the footwork, everything change” he shared with us several times.
Guro David Muñoz and Kasama Diego Gómez were the representants of Kali Majapahit Finland in the SSBD Seminar. Big thanks again to the organizers and to Maul Mornie for such a great Seminar.
