Never Too Late Ladies is an extremely efficient physical discipline. It is an aerobic activity that will get your heart rate up and improve your cardio-respiratory fitness. In fitness boxing, we do not punch each other but rather practice on a punching bag, pads, and mitts. The moves are basically the same as in traditional boxing, but safety first!
