PILATES & SOMATIC WORK TECHNIQUES
In the lessons we search for a better use of effort and breath connected to movement through subtle excercises of articulation of the spine and the whole body structures combined with strenghthening and stretching exrecises. The exercises aim to release tensions, improve aligment, posture and range of movement as well as gain strenght and find an eficient and economical effort to do physical activity. The lessons exercises are taken from or inspired by the Pilates, Feldenkrais and Klein techniques as well as release-based dance technique.
Classes every Fridays from 16.30 to 17.30
